However, as many of our pieces feature natural materials like timber, stone, and linen, slight variations in grain, tone, and texture are part of the "material integrity" of the product and are not considered defects. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of our brand assets, editorial photography, or written content for commercial purposes without express written consent from Lois or Desmond.

6. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment: Loden Living operates a boutique model, often utilising a distributed logistics partnership with Australian-based suppliers. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of the order. In the rare event of a stock discrepancy or shipping restriction, we reserve the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loden Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our liability for any foundational piece is limited to the replacement of the item or a refund of the purchase price.
