Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Commitment to Curation

At Loden Living, we believe in intentional curation, choosing ‘better’ over ‘more.’ We want every foundational piece in your home to contribute to your sanctuary. If a selection isn't quite right for your space, we are here to assist you with the return process.

1. Change of Mind Returns: We understand that building a sanctuary takes time and careful consideration. We offer a 14-day ‘Change of Mind’ return period from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of the item being delivered.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • If a product has been opened, assembled, or used, the Change of Mind return will be voided.

2. Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept Change of Mind returns for:

  • Bedding accessories (pillows, protectors, etc.).
  • Bulk or pallet purchases.
  • Items where the original packaging has been opened or damaged.

3. Return Procedure & Fees: Loden Living strives to make the return process as structured as possible.

  • Consultation: Please contact desmond@lodenliving.com.au before returning any items. Returns sent without prior consultation will not be accepted.
  • Return Logistics: While we prefer customers to arrange their own return shipping, we can provide a return label upon request.
  • Restocking Fee: All Change of Mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the total item price and original shipping fee.
  • Refunds: If we provide a return label, the cost of return postage and the 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information: All items returned to us as a result of incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer will be treated as a Change of Mind return. This includes items ‘Returned to Sender’ due to being unclaimed at a local depot. In these instances, a restocking fee and re-delivery cost will apply.

5. Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your item is entitled to a refund due to a major fault or damage (as outlined in our Warranty Policy), we will cover the return costs and provide a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Product Recalls: In the event of a product recall, Loden Living will contact all affected customers directly with specific instructions and safety procedures.
