1. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: Available for the majority of Australian metro areas on all orders.
• Remote Areas: A delivery surcharge applies to specific remote postcodes in WA, NT, TAS, and Far North QLD. This is calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: * Metro (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne): 3–9 business days.Regional/Interstate: 7–14 business days.
• Note: Bulky furniture items may require a slightly longer delivery window due to specialised handling.

3. Bulky Goods Delivery

Large items (such as sofas and sideboards) are delivered via a specialised "to-the-door" courier service.

• Drivers are generally unable to carry items upstairs or into specific rooms.
• Please ensure someone is home to accept the delivery, or provide an "Authority to Leave" in the order notes.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your delivery progress in real-time through our courier portal.
