A: Yes! Our collections are stored in Australian warehouses (primarily Melbourne and Sydney) to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your home.

A: Loden Living is a boutique online-only retailer. By removing the cost of a physical showroom, we are able to offer premium architectural furniture at more accessible prices.

Shipping & Delivery

A: Yes. We are proud to provide shipping services to homes across Australia. Whether you are in a capital city or a regional area, we ensure your foundational pieces are delivered with the care they deserve.

A: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific items in your order. Generally, in-stock items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way to your sanctuary.

A: Don't worry. If an item arrives damaged, simply take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately under our Consumer Guarantee.

A: We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we can usually update your details.

A: Yes, we ship selected homewares and furniture to NZ. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order & Returns

A: We want you to feel complete confidence in your curation. We offer returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unassembled condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A: While we take every precaution to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at demond@lodenliving.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve it immediately.

A: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item leaves the warehouse. You can also track your order through the "My Account" section on our website.
